And the AWD survey says...
AdultWholeSaleDirect.com customers were asked to take part in a survey last month in order for the company to identify its strengths and potential weaknesses in its wholesale and dropship services.
“We wanted to find out what it is that our customers love about us and also what they think we can do better”, says Jessica, AdultWholeSaleDirect.com Wholesale Manager. “We are not so arrogant as to think that our service is flawless all of the time and thought this was a good way of finding out from our customers exactly what they think of us.”
The survey showed some great results with 94% of customers saying that they always receive their orders on time, over 80% saying that the range, quality and value for money of products is on average, 8.5/10 and 89% said that they love how easy the website is to use. Customer service also ranked highly with 9/10 people saying that they are very happy with the company’s service.
When asked what their customers thought they did well, they responded with comments such as, “ Delivery is always next day, never had a wrong order” and “Low pricing, friendly staff – as a new customer you were the quickest to set up my account. Your staff were very friendly and you have the best website around.”
When asked what things they could do better, a number of customers asked for Barry to tell them the secrets of Google! Other suggestions were for the minimum order quantity on the wholesale side to be dropped and another request was for PayPal to be available.
“Unfortunately, Pay Pal has a no adult policy”, says Tim, Director of Marketing. “But we are looking into alternative methods at present. With regards to the $100 minimum order quantity, we are always happy to look into this once a relationship has been established with a customer but when it comes to the secrets of Google that is Barry’s domain!”
